We realize that a drum is a very sensory thing and it can be difficult to make a purchase without playing it, feeling it, and hearing it's voice. If it's not the drum for you, ship it back in the same condition you received it in for a full refund of purchase price or exchange it for a more suitable product.

ECDC 3 Year Warranty

All EastCoast Drumcraft products come with an outstanding 3 year replacement warranty on defects in craftsmanship. Our Bodhran lugs offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. Any product that proves to be defective under normal use will be repaired, and if unrepaireable, it will be replaced. Properly cared for, your ECDC drum will be an heirloom item cherished for many years.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for the money back guarantee, if you order something custom, it was designed to your specs. Custom orders are of course covered under ECDC's 3 year warranty.
